Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster an inclusive workplace aligned with the mission and values of George Washington University and the GW Staff Council.

At GW, our Staff Council Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide safe spaces for staff to connect over shared identities and experiences. These groups offer a platform for employees to collaborate, build community, network, and discuss recommendations, concerns, and questions that impact their workplace experience.

Participation is open to all benefits-eligible staff who are interested in supporting the group’s mission — including allies.
